I was truly impressed with Sonya. My boyfriend and I hired her to sell each of our homes and each purchase new ones. It was clear from the start that she had a lot of knowledge. As each home was different in terms of location, size and type of home, she didn't just have a cookie cutter strategy. She sat with each of us to discuss our individual homes and used a different approach for marketing and selling that catered to those differences. At one point, I became nervous that selling wasn't the right choice for me at this time. She took the time to meet with me and walked me through pros and cons to help me with my decision. We sat down for a good couple of hours just talking and listening to my concerns and never pressuring one way or the other. Once comfortable moving forward she went right to work and did everything she said she would to get our homes sold and they sold quickly. She's also absolutely incredible at staging. She has a killer eye for making your home so beautifully show ready, you almost don't want to leave it. Always professional, with a team of experts at her fingertips to help with marketing, inspections, repairs, insurance...you name it. I don't write reviews often but I'm very comfortable and confident in recommending Sonya to anyone looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and professional realtor who doesn't just care about making a sale, but wants to make sure her clients are happy and have the best experience.
